Shipping Policy

At Bulkhead Grove, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with care. We appreciate your support of our small business and strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your order has been shipped. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Bulkhead Grove is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup

We are pleased to offer free local pickup for customers in our area.

When your order is ready, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification with pickup instructions. Please wait until you receive this notification before arriving for pickup.

Orders will be held for 14 days after the pickup notification is sent. If you need additional time, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Bulkhead Grove is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bulkheadgrove.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or household members before reaching out to us.
