Returns & Refunds

At Bulkhead Grove, each piece is carefully prepared and packaged with great care. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To begin a return, please email us at bulkheadgrove@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make things right.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are handcrafted and created in small batches, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personal care products
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous or flammable materials

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return your eligible purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
